Jeremy Routledge
Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in TV. After his early career as an editor and then director for BBC and ITV, he set up Calling the Shots Films (CTS) in Bristol in 2000. At CTS, he has produced and exec produced series for BBC3 (New Filmmakers Award), ITV (Severn Stories), BBC4 (Bollywood Shorts), BBC Arts (New Creatives, Animated Thinking and Words First Animations) and Channel 4 (Random Acts). Recent CTS Productions include C4 scripted comedies, Tell Me When You're Bored and F**k Ups.
Jeremy has a long track-record in championing voices from a wide range of backgrounds, in partnership with Arts Council England, the British Film Institute, BBC and Channel 4. He is the director of producer training programme, Screen Campus, and in 2025 authored the Film and TV Development Fund consultation for the West of England Combined Authority. He has a PG Dip in Script Development from the NFTS.
